About the role
We are a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company building a mission-critical data platform for enterprise customers worldwide. We are looking for a Development Team Lead to join a distributed engineering team, combining hands-on technical leadership with people management in a true player‑coach role.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deliver production software using .NET (C#) and SQL Server.
- Take ownership of complex technical problems from design through deployment.
- Champion AI-assisted development tools, including agentic coding workflows.
- Drive adoption of AI for code generation, testing, refactoring, code reviews and quality assurance.
- Design and deliver resilient integrations with third‑party platforms and APIs.
- Build scalable, observable and reliable backend services.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of four Software Engineers.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of commercial software engineering experience.
- Strong .NET/C# development skills.
- Solid SQL Server experience.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong systems design and architectural decision‑making.
- Previous leadership, mentoring or people management experience.
- Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar.
- Excellent communication skills within distributed engineering teams.
