Store Manager – Sydney CBD & Eastern Suburbs

About the role

Bailey Nelson is seeking experienced Store Managers to lead locations across Sydney CBD and the Eastern Suburbs. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and developing a high‑energy store culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales performance and achieve or exceed targets.
• Create a positive, high‑energy store culture.
• Partner with the Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success.
• Run smooth, efficient operations without compromising service.

Required profile

• Proven store management experience at a senior level, preferably in optics or retail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• High energy, adaptability and confidence in a fast‑paced environment.
