S&S Banking Consultant – Part‑time (Bundaberg, QLD)

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides a blend of sales and service to customers at the Bundaberg branch and via phone or online channels. Working 25 hours per week on a permanent basis, you will help customers with everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding while ensuring compliance and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and related processes through face‑to‑face, telephone and online interactions.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS scores.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customers, risk and performance.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA requirements and underwriting guidelines.
