Senior HR Advisor - Technology & Transformation

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Senior HR Advisor (Senior Consultant) to join its Technology & Transformation team in Melbourne or Sydney, on a full-time permanent basis with a hybrid work model. The role partners with leaders across the Customer business on workforce planning, talent priorities and day-to-day people matters, with in-person connection across teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on talent policies, people processes and the employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day people matters and guiding performance and wellbeing conversations.
• Turn people data into action through workforce analysis, reporting, presentations and insights that support strategic and operational workforce planning and talent reviews.
• Help identify risks, surface trends and simplify complex information so leaders can make practical decisions.
• Support cyclical talent activity, projects and change initiatives with Managers, Talent Leads and key stakeholders.
• Work with Talent Acquisition, Leadership & Learning, Employee Relations or Reward to deliver integrated people solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in an HR Advisor, HR Consultant or broader HR generalist role, working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Strong grounding in employee relations, performance management, wellbeing and the employee lifecycle.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
• Sound judgement balancing risk, policy and practical outcomes, and strong communication skills for sensitive conversations.
• Proactive, organised approach to competing priorities and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting talent cycles, workforce planning, projects or change initiatives is a bonus.
