About the role
The Sales Development Representative will support the entire sales cycle, from research and outbound outreach to inbound lead handling and proposal creation. You will coordinate sales calls, draft RFP responses, and maintain regular follow‑up with prospects while tracking activities in our CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in all stages of the sales process, including research, outbound engagement, inbound lead management, and proposal development.
- Consistently log activities in the system of record and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Collaborate with management to build formal sales playbooks and refine sales processes.
- Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate next steps with the sales team.
- Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
- Represent the company at conferences and events to showcase multiple products and services.
- Facilitate collaboration between marketing and sales teams and participate in training opportunities.
