Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that positions Plush as the preferred sofa retailer.
• Utilise proven sales techniques to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Promote room solutions and add‑on products to increase average transaction value.
• Collaborate with the Showroom Manager on visual merchandising and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture or other high‑value categories.
• Energetic and positive attitude, especially during peak periods.
