About the role

Ampol, one of Australia's leading convenience retailers, is hiring a Retail Team Member in Alexandria. The role sits at the heart of a welcoming, safe and well-presented store, with no two shifts the same: helping customers find what they need, keeping shelves stocked, coffee flowing and the store looking its best.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers with a smile, help them find what they need, prepare fresh food and coffee and keep the checkout moving.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, maintain displays and make sure customers can easily find what they want.
• Maintain high standards across the site, from the shop floor and food areas to the bathrooms and forecourt.
• Follow safety procedures, handle transactions accurately and take ownership of day-to-day store operations.
