Enterprise Business Development Manager – NSW/ACT

About the role

Logitech is seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive sales for Logitech for Business across private and public sector customers in New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. The role involves influencing key decision‑makers, defining solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed business expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, track progress using CRM tools, and report regularly.
• Own end‑to‑end lead management, from intake and qualification to conversion of inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Prospect new accounts, develop top accounts within the territory, and manage the full sales cycle including presentations and demos.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Alliances, Channels, Distribution, and Marketing to deliver an elite customer experience.
• Engage with channel partners such as resellers, VARs, and system integrators, and represent Logitech at trade shows and events.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a quota‑bearing role, preferably in Unified Communications, cloud solutions, or video collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Passion for innovation, inclusion, and sustainability aligned with Logitech’s values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience selling Unified Communications (UC) and cloud‑based solutions.
• Knowledge of video collaboration technologies.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social‑selling tools.
