About the role
El Jannah is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join its restaurant team in Western Sydney. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, either serving guests at the counter, preparing meals in the kitchen, or operating the signature charcoal grill.
Key responsibilities
- Front of House: take orders, pack meals, serve guests, and keep the dining area clean.
- Back of House: prepare burgers, rolls, salads, fried items, and maintain kitchen hygiene.
- Charcoal Cook: operate the charcoal chicken station, ensure consistent cooking and adherence to recipes.
Required profile
- Positive attitude with a focus on great service.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn, follow directions and maintain attention to detail.
- Reliability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and varied shifts.
- Genuine interest in food, people and hospitality.
