Restaurant Manager – Moonah Drive Thru

About the role

Join Zambrero’s Moonah Drive‑Thru as a Restaurant Manager and lead a vibrant, fast‑paced team. You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving operational excellence and supporting the brand’s humanitarian mission.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and service standards are met.
• Manage the team – hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews and handling employee issues.
• Control inventory by ordering stock, managing stock levels and maintaining cost controls.
• Handle administrative duties such as cash handling, banking, payroll and policy compliance.
• Prepare and monitor profit & loss statements, budgets and labour costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across production areas, dining room and the overall premises.
• Ensure all staff are trained in Workplace Health and Safety and that safety protocols are followed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience managing a quick‑service restaurant (QSR).
• Strong passion for Zambrero’s humanitarian values and a desire to contribute to fighting world hunger.
• Proven ability to build a positive, collaborative culture focused on exceptional customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ordering, stock control and rostering platforms.
