Resourcing and Coordination Advisor

About the role

The Resourcing and Coordination Advisor supports the Manager of Resourcing & Prioritisation in allocating resources, coordinating onboarding, and reporting on Organisation Design & Implementation initiatives, with a focus on business‑led projects across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the prioritisation and work‑request process for all Business‑Led OD&I demand, collating inputs and preparing decision‑making information.
• Maintain a centralised pipeline of work, tracking status, dependencies and resource implications to provide a clear view of demand, capacity and resourcing.
• Support resource management activities across the OD&I team, including capacity tracking, allocation assistance, and onboarding/reactivation of third‑party and permanent resources.
• Produce accurate, timely reporting and insights on demand, capacity, utilisation and progress to aid planning and resourcing decisions.
• Partner with managers, service owners, vendors and delivery practitioners to ensure coordination activities support effective delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and data quality to enhance transparency and efficiency.

Required profile

• Understanding of program management fundamentals such as intake, prioritisation, resourcing and demand management.
• Experience driving prioritisation, resourcing and reporting activities in a transformation or organisational design context.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems effectively.
