Senior Project Manager – HR Systems & Payroll Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic HR technology initiatives across payroll, recruitment and talent platforms. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring solutions are designed, built, tested, deployed and ready for business use.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, test and deploy HR system solutions, covering payroll, recruitment and talent management.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining timelines, budgets and governance structures.
• Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners, holding them accountable for performance and outcomes.
• Engage senior stakeholders across HR, technology and executive teams to secure alignment and support.
• Provide financial reporting, risk management and project governance throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven senior project management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated delivery experience with SAP Payroll or comparable payroll platforms.
• Strong exposure to SuccessFactors, HRIS or HCM systems.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding or workforce management systems.
• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and strong financial governance capabilities.
