Resident Experience Coordinator (5:2, BIBO)

About the role

Sodexo is looking for an energetic, people-focused Resident Experience Coordinator to bring its villages to life in the Chinchilla and Dalby region. The role combines community engagement, social activities, events and hands-on village support, and acts as the face of resident engagement within the village.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver social, recreational and community-based activities
• Build positive relationships with residents through daily interaction and promote participation in events and facilities
• Assist with event planning, set-up, delivery and pack-down
• Gather resident feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain communal spaces as welcoming, clean and well presented
• Report maintenance, safety or presentation concerns
• Support a safe, inclusive and engaging village culture

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, community engagement, recreation, events, customer service or remote-site environments
• Experience coordinating activities, events or group programs
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency or unrestricted Australian working rights (no Working Holiday Visa)
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and a National Police check
• Reside in or around the Chinchilla region

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Hands-on approach and willingness to support operational tasks
• First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain it)
