Registered Nurse – Orthopaedic

About the role

Join the Orthopaedic team at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, a historic facility delivering specialist and general health services to the Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and surrounding communities. As a Registered Nurse you will provide patient‑centred, evidence‑informed care that supports recovery and mobility for orthopaedic patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Deliver safe, high‑quality nursing interventions that promote identified health outcomes for orthopaedic patients.
• Document care accurately and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence‑informed practice and critical thinking.

Required skills

• Experience in surgical or orthopaedic nursing (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
