About the role
Allegis Global Solutions is seeking experienced Recruiters and Senior Recruiters to join its talent acquisition team on a fixed‑term basis. The focus is on high‑volume pipelining and direct sourcing to meet the hiring needs of global clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the fulfillment of high‑volume vacancies, acting as the first point of contact for hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the Talent Sourcing team to build pipelines that align with volume hiring requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with legislation and client processes.
- Provide market intelligence and act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
- Coach candidates for interviews and keep the talent pool updated on opportunities.
Required profile
- Prior experience in high‑volume end‑to‑end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR, preferably in a global organization.
- Experience conducting behavioural‑based interviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure environment.
