Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager

About the role

This position offers an ambitious Project Engineer or Junior Project Manager a structured pathway to become a full Project Manager, working on secure and technically interesting construction projects across South East Queensland.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a Project Manager and Site Manager, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.
• Take on increasing responsibility on commercial/industrial projects valued around $10 million, as well as hospitality, retail and office builds.

Required profile

• Experience with a reputable construction contractor, currently in a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Junior Project Manager or Contract Administrator role.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, programming, procurement, contracts and project delivery.
• Comfortable working with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients, and willing to travel across South East Queensland.
• Ambitious, organised and keen to progress into a full Project Manager position.
