OSHC Mobile Coordinator – Northern Beaches

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as a Mobile Coordinator supporting Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across the Northern Beaches. You will travel between sites, lead teams, and ensure high‑quality programmes for children.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily operational and leadership coverage for multiple OSHC sites.
• Lead, mentor and support educators delivering sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking and wellbeing activities.
• Manage compliance, safety and operational standards, and assist with roster and programme planning.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, schools and team members.

Required profile

• Experience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, education or a similar environment.
• Current Working with Children Check, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Availability to work split shifts Monday‑Friday and Australian work rights.

Required skills

• National Child Safety Training (completed prior to onboarding).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
