National Events Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated National Events Coordinator to lead the planning, management and execution of high‑profile corporate, conference and charity events across Australia. This role works closely with senior leaders and supports our growing national insurance services business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver end‑to‑end planning, coordination and delivery of corporate, conference and charity events.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within scope and budget while meeting safety and company standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Procare clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to introduce fresh ideas and innovations for future events.
• Manage Procare’s social media postings in collaboration with an external marketing agency, including regular LinkedIn updates.

Required profile

• Early‑career events professional with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Commerce (or equivalent drive and passion).
• Genuine passion for events and marketing, creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Proactive communicator who collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work after‑hours and travel interstate when required.
