National Account Manager - Sigma Healthcare

About the role

Kenvue is recruiting a National Account Manager for its Sigma Healthcare team, reporting to the Senior Manager - Sigma Retail. The role covers the full commercial performance, forecasting, P&L management and executional delivery of a portfolio of categories across Chemist Warehouse, Amcal and Discount Drug Store. It is based in Sydney, NSW, on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, performance and commercial delivery of the portfolio of categories, developing insight-led joint business plans aligned to the total-customer strategy and executing them in a fast-moving retail environment
• Own the full P&L for the categories, including revenue, margin, mix, trade spend and ROI, and identify commercial opportunities and mitigate risks
• Lead accurate forecasting using insights, promotional uplift models and trend analysis, and partner with Supply Chain to maintain availability and support new product launches
• Build strong relationships with the customer's buying, planning and marketing teams, negotiate to drive category growth and lead annual category reviews
• Manage and optimise the trade investment budget, run post-event analysis and ensure trade spend decisions are evidence-based
• Report regularly to the Business Manager with performance insights, forecasts, risks and recommendations, working with Marketing, Category, Supply, Finance and Leadership teams

Required profile

• 4-6+ years of FMCG, retail or consumer healthcare account management experience; Chemist Warehouse, grocery or pharmacy channel experience is advantageous
• Degree in business, accounting or a related area
• Proven P&L ownership at category or customer level, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Resilient, adaptable and solution-oriented in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
