Midweight Graphic Designer – Brand & Digital

About the role

July is seeking a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to shape and evolve the visual expression of its brand across digital, retail, product and campaign channels. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will combine strong creative thinking with high‑quality execution to deliver compelling brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality creative assets for digital, social, email, retail and print.
• Develop visual concepts that align with July’s brand identity and aesthetic.
• Create engaging visual storytelling for campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
• Support motion‑design and animation projects when required.
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce and product teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Balance creative development with day‑to‑day design delivery.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the July brand.

Required profile

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, either in‑house or agency‑side.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign and digital design work.
• Exceptional attention to detail and refined aesthetic sensibility.
• Commercial awareness and ability to produce strategically effective design.
• Collaborative, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience using Figma.
• Exposure to motion design, animation or illustration.
