Managing Principal, Strata

About the role

Marsh is looking for an experienced insurance professional to lead its Victoria strata team in Melbourne. As Managing Principal you will act as the trusted advisor for key Strata clients and drive growth and retention across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build, nurture and strengthen relationships with key Strata accounts, delivering expert insurance advice.
• Oversee service excellence across new business quoting, renewals and claims management.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and coach the Victoria team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Extensive relevant insurance broking experience.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate.
• Proven ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams.
