Luxury Weddings & Travel Advisor

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is looking for a commercially driven, client‑focused Luxury Weddings, Celebrations & Travel Advisor. You will work with couples, venues, hotels, travel partners and luxury suppliers to design unforgettable celebrations while driving revenue for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage concierge enquiries for weddings, honeymoons, anniversaries and other luxury events, translating client visions into actionable plans.
• Consult clients on budgets, destinations, guest requirements and recommend venues, vendors, hotels and travel experiences.
• Coordinate introductions between clients and Wedded Wonderland partners, ensuring seamless follow‑up and conversion into bookings.
• Drive sales of memberships, listings and concierge partnerships by onboarding and nurturing relationships with venues, resorts, travel providers and tourism stakeholders.
• Identify and close opportunities for hotel room blocks, resort stays, honeymoon travel and VIP guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate lead, booking and sales records in CRM systems and manage the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for luxury travel, weddings and hospitality.
• Excellent client advisory and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or concierge services.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners and deliver premium, brand‑aligned service.
