Lifestyle Manager (Administration) - Live-In

About the role

Lifestyle Communities is a provider of affordable, inclusive and vibrant independent living communities across Victoria. It is seeking a full-time, live-in Lifestyle Manager to join its community at Ridgelea (Pakenham). You will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations and the experience of the community, making a meaningful impact on the lives of its homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Empower homeowners by helping them make active decisions, provide exceptional customer service and address their concerns
• Work with the wider Lifestyle Communities experience team to implement strategies that improve the homeowner experience
• Oversee the smooth running of the community so that all amenities and services are delivered to a high standard
• Organise and run social activities and events to create a vibrant community atmosphere
• Maintain accurate records and report on the community's performance
• Ensure the community complies with health, safety and compliance regulations

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role within hospitality, tourism or independent living
• 2-3 years of experience in those industries is advantageous
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with homeowners
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
• A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of older adults and promoting an active, inclusive community
