About the role

We are looking for a Lead Event Producer to act as a generalist within our event production team, providing support, information and guidance to both the team and customers.

Key responsibilities

Act as event generalist within focus area, supporting the production team and customers.
Focus on customer support, applying best practices and strategic event analysis.
Engage with division, SMEs and others to ensure needs are met.
Follow SEL Values, Principles of Operations and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
Understand, create and simplify processes.

Required profile

Event production related degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years’ experience coordinating events.
Demonstrated event planning expertise among peers.
Excellent organization, customer service, writing and speaking skills.
Ability to work cooperatively in a team and independently, learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.

Required skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with department‑specific event production software.
