Junior Recruiter – RPO (APAC)

About the role

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG) is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join its onsite RPO team supporting a key client in the APAC region. This position offers hands‑on experience in high‑volume recruitment, proactive sourcing and stakeholder management within engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for assigned roles.
• Manage high‑volume requisitions and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Proactively source candidates using SEEK Australia, LinkedIn and other tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies.
• Screen CVs against hiring manager requirements and role specifications.
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Assist in advertising roles internally and externally.
• Support offer preparation and recruitment administration tasks.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates to ensure a strong candidate experience.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Approximately 2 years of recruitment or HR experience, agency or in‑house exposure advantageous.
• Exposure to engineering and/or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
• Strong interest in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude, sense of ownership and ability to work well in a team.
