Junior Digital Account Manager

About the role

Shines Digital is seeking a Junior Digital Account Manager to join its fast‑growing performance marketing team. You will work closely with the Account Director, supporting client communication and helping to deliver digital campaigns that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Director by keeping clients updated on project status and handling requests promptly.
• Create work‑in‑progress (WIP) documents for client meetings.
• Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, focusing on high‑quality service and results.
• Understand customer requirements, industry trends, and target audiences.
• Assist in devising digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
• Set realistic campaign timelines, communicate expectations, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Write clear briefs for designers, copywriters, and specialists.
