Junior Creative Designer

About the role

Village Entertainment, the Australian‑owned operator of Village Cinemas, is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join its Melbourne creative team. This full‑time position offers a hands‑on environment where you will support brand campaigns and help shape memorable guest experiences across digital and in‑cinema channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support for brand campaigns and content initiatives.
• Create and adapt visual assets for digital, social, point‑of‑sale, digital signage and in‑cinema formats.
• Assist on photo and video shoots, handling on‑set logistics, asset organisation and post‑shoot cataloguing.
• Support social and digital content production, including resizing and reformatting assets for various platforms.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification or current study in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, solid time‑management skills and the ability to incorporate feedback.
• Basic understanding of digital and print production processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
