Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager will lead all aspects of ibis budget Gosford’s operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and seamless day‑to‑day management. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations NSW & ACT, this hands‑on role drives strategic objectives and fosters a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall management and strategic direction of the hotel, delivering guest excellence and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, guests, suppliers, local businesses and the Accor network.
• Maximise revenue, manage costs, and implement yield and pricing strategies to drive profitability.
• Review operational and financial performance across departments, identifying improvements in productivity, service quality and efficiency.
• Develop, inspire and lead a high‑performing team, promoting Accor’s Heartist values and employee engagement.
• Champion a guest‑centric approach, maintaining service standards and enhancing the guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Operations or Hotel Manager.
• Ability to provide strategic direction and improve market performance.
• Proven strong ownership relationships.
• Strong leadership, team development and project management abilities.
• Focus on customer service and passion for guest experiences.
