Full Lifecycle Recruiter – University Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Full Lifecycle Recruiter will act as Amazon's ambassador on university campuses across Australia and New Zealand, driving early‑career talent acquisition and supporting the Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational plans, branding activities and on‑campus events (info sessions, tech talks, career fairs, Amazon Days) to attract top early‑career talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with placement officers, faculty, alumni, student organisations and internal stakeholders such as staffing, business leaders and school ambassadors.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone screens, participate in panel interviews and guide candidates through the entire recruitment process.
• Coach university team members, coordinate visits and ensure a unified recruiting approach across target schools.
• Analyse university performance data annually and use insights to refine long‑term recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in campus or graduate hiring.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems with minimal guidance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with social media recruiting tools and staying current with market trends.
• Analytical skills to create, measure and scale recruitment workflows.
