Food & Beverage Attendant – Breakfast Service

About the role

Join the dynamic breakfast team at Pullman Sydney Olympic Park’s Bacar Restaurant. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will deliver high‑quality breakfast service, both buffet and à la carte, ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable start to their day.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, manage seating arrangements and respond to enquiries.
• Support Assistant Managers with daily breakfast and à la carte operations.
• Prepare, replenish and maintain the breakfast buffet to meet quality and presentation standards.
• Take food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Provide attentive à la carte service throughout the breakfast period.
• Keep service areas clean, organized and well presented.
• Follow opening, closing and daily operational procedures.

Required profile

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Flexibility to work rotating roster, including early mornings, nights and public holidays.
• Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Service‑oriented with strong attention to detail and confident communication.
• Full working rights in Australia.
