About the role
Princess Pictures is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support three senior executives and ensure the smooth operation of its studio environment. The role blends high‑level administrative support with production coordination, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external queries across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to three executive team members, including diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination.
- Coordinate production logistics such as agenda creation, email drafting, shoot scheduling, location booking, and client/crew management.
- Organise studio meetings, book rooms, arrange catering, and manage external provider relationships.
- Take accurate minutes, follow up on action items, and close communication loops with stakeholders.
- Support the finance team by tracking purchases, filing invoices, and assisting with project‑based financial documentation.
- Assist the submission process by gathering materials, meeting deadlines, and ensuring content accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support to the broader team to maintain efficient office operations.
Required profile
- Proactive and able to work autonomously under executive direction.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of building relationships with clients, talent, and production teams.
- Eagerness to learn and develop additional responsibilities over time.
