About the role
The Crommelin Group seeks an Executive Assistant to serve as the central hub for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will protect executive time, ensure operational precision, and enable seamless communication across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings and appointment coordination with precision.
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO and executive team.
- Provide direct support on group projects and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare, process and reconcile CEO expense claims in line with policy.
- Assist with preparation, collation and distribution of monthly Board reports.
- Coordinate the TCG “Powering Communities” program from planning to reporting.
- Maintain the HR portal, ensuring employee records are accurate and current.
- Review and update company policies to meet governance requirements.
- Deliver analytical and administrative support, including cost and data analysis.
- Monitor key operational processes for accuracy and error detection.
- Organise internal events such as company updates, leadership sessions and staff engagement activities.
- Support executive communications, presentations and documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite leaders.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to spot errors and summarise information.
- Proactive mindset, anticipating needs before they become problems.
- Experience coordinating travel across multiple time zones.
