About the role
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Executive Assistant to support members of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The role will be based in our Support Office in Southbank and will help drive the successful delivery of our FY27 strategy and long‑term business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive support to the ELT, including the CFO and Executive General Manager – Operations.
- Manage complex calendars, mailboxes and coordinate executive and other meetings, preparing agendas, pre‑reading materials and tracking actions.
- Format correspondence, reports and presentations to a high standard, including Board and Committee papers.
- Perform administrative duties and project work as required.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Support Office as part of the Executive Assistant team.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite executives.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Board and governance exposure in an ASX‑listed business; investor‑relations exposure is desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent judgement, discretion and strong attention to detail.
