Deployment Coordinator

About the role

Glory is recruiting a Deployment Coordinator for its Australia & New Zealand operations, based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. The role supports all deployment activities for Glory Australia & New Zealand, working closely with internal and external partners to understand project requirements, costs and variables. It reports to the Operations & Deployment Manager, ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver all field-related product projects, including installations, removals, relocations and upgrades.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of internal and external teams so that project objectives are met within timelines.
• Obtain competitive quotes from third-party installers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including sales team members, internal and external project team members and third-party vendors, so everyone understands their responsibilities.
• Gather deployment information and reflect relevant changes in the JDE system.
• Improve and implement processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Follow health and safety policies, report workplace incidents and injuries accurately and manage hazards through the hazard management process.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business or a related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in project management or deployment programs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and availability outside standard business hours to support after-hours activity remotely.

Required skills

• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet.
• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proven experience mitigating deployment risks and proven organisational skills.
