About the role
Join Australia’s leading data‑centre operator as a Customer Success Associate. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless delivery of services, accurate reporting and strong relationships with our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to client queries and service requests promptly, supporting day‑to‑day operational needs.
- Prepare, coordinate and review customer reports, documentation and communications for accuracy and consistency.
- Support contract delivery against KPIs, including monthly reporting, business reviews, audits and compliance activities.
- Coordinate customer meetings, agendas, follow‑up actions and general account administration.
- Liaise with internal teams and service providers to facilitate customer works, requests and managed‑service activities.
- Facilitate change requests and maintain documentation in collaboration with operational teams.
- Maintain accurate records, files and reporting data while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
