About the role
The Customer Engagement Specialist connects with a high volume of new and existing ANZ customers to uncover lending opportunities and deliver working‑capital solutions that help small businesses start, run, and grow.
Key responsibilities
- Actively pursue existing small‑business customer leads.
- Provide high‑quality service and solutioning to a broad portfolio of small‑business clients.
- Apply a broad understanding of ANZ product applications.
- Build and maintain a strong internal network.
- Meet and exceed performance targets.
- Conduct outbound, leads‑based calls to existing and new small‑business customers.
- Refer customers to specialist teams when appropriate.
Required profile
- Experience in business development and partnership building.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose relevant product solutions.
- Strong business analysis skills to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Effective planning and prioritisation to manage tasks, dependencies, and strategic priorities.
