About the role
A Sydney-based company is looking for a Credit / Accounts Receivable Officer to join its team, reporting to the Credit Manager. It is an end-to-end debtors role focused on collections, within a small, close-knit team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence and handle payment queries
- Allocate payments
- Make collection calls and reminder calls on overdue invoices
- Process credits and perform debtor reconciliations
Required profile
- Previous experience in an end-to-end credit / accounts receivable role
- Clear track record of success in a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and strong organisational skills
Required skills
- Exposure to large ERP systems
- Proficiency in Excel
