Brand Marketing Specialist – Sportstyle

About the role

The Brand Marketing Specialist – Sportstyle will build Salomon’s sportstyle presence across Australia and New Zealand. You will create culturally relevant campaigns, community moments and partnerships that bring the brand into lifestyle and fashion‑adjacent spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sportstyle brand campaigns and activations that connect Salomon with culture, creativity and lifestyle communities.
• Deliver brand‑first moments designed to cut through and drive relevance.
• Build and activate sportstyle communities through events, collaborations and brand moments.
• Identify cultural opportunities that position Salomon authentically within the space.
• Develop and manage the Sportstyle Ambassador and KOL program.
• Manage relationships, gifting, content collaborations and activations with creators and tastemakers.
• Ensure all sportstyle executions feel premium, aspirational and culturally relevant while upholding brand guidelines.
• Manage sportstyle marketing investment and track performance across initiatives.
• Share insights and learnings to continuously refine strategy.

Required profile

• Passion for culture and fashion with a deep understanding of consumer media consumption and shopping habits.
• Proven experience managing content development, execution and delivery of omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a track record of data mining to generate consumer insights.
• Understanding of eCommerce’s role within the wider retail environment.
• Experience presenting concepts and plans to customers and agencies.
