About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking, you will provide customers with a seamless banking experience, meeting their end‑to‑end financial needs, conducting needs‑based conversations and educating them on available financial solutions, including digital options.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑standard customer service and act as a role model and peer coach within the branch.
- Contribute to increased customer engagement and advocacy.
- Participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
- Know your customer from a risk perspective and ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies.
- Work flexible branch hours, including rostered Saturday shifts as required.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer focus; retail banking experience is an advantage.
- Ability to conduct needs‑based conversations and meet accreditation requirements.
- Strong commitment to delivering on ANZ’s Customer Promises.
