AI Trainer – Visual & Graphic Design Expert

About the role

Prolific is seeking professional graphic and visual designers to serve as domain experts for a high‑level AI evaluation project. You will assess AI‑generated design outputs, ensuring they meet professional standards of readability, hierarchy, and visual integrity. This is a remote, flexible gig paid at $30 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Compare paired design samples (e.g., slides, posters, ads) and select the one that best satisfies professional criteria.
• Evaluate designs on readability, text density, information hierarchy, and overall professionalism.
• Review before‑and‑after edit requests to judge AI compliance with specific design changes.
• Participate in experimental tasks aimed at improving AI handling of concise visual communication.

Required profile

• Formal education in Graphic/Visual Design with at least 1 year of professional experience, or 5+ years of high‑level design work for professional clients.
• Strong critical eye for distinguishing consumer‑grade from enterprise‑ready content.
• Portfolio link demonstrating relevant design work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
