About the role
Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking an energetic Reception and Administration Officer to join its South East Sydney Local Area Coordination (LAC) service. The role provides essential administrative and front‑desk support to the NDIS service, helping participants develop and implement their plans.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level reception and administrative assistance to participants, staff and stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact.
- Enter data, prepare reports and documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure efficient administration processes and support the NDIS coordination team.
Required profile
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
- Certificate III–IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience (desirable).
- Experience in a community or human‑services setting (desirable).
