About the role
We are seeking an Accountant to join a global technology‑enabled services provider for the financial services sector. This 14‑month fixed‑term position supports a high‑performing team serving asset managers, banks and investment firms across Australia and APAC.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end billing and revenue recognition for projects
- Weekly cash‑flow forecasting for two entities
- Weekly follow‑up and monthly review of project timesheets
- Monthly FBT calculation and accrual journal preparation
- Preparation and lodgement of BAS returns
- Balance‑sheet reconciliations and general journal entries
- End‑of‑month cost allocation
Required profile
- CPA/CA qualified or near‑qualified
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles
- Experience with Workday is desirable
