Visual Slide Design Expert

About the role

Mercor is hiring a Visual Slide Design Expert to work with a leading AI research lab. You will transform complex, AI‑generated content into polished, executive‑level slide decks that communicate research, product and business narratives clearly and compellingly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine professional PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations.
• Improve visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color consistency.
• Convert text‑heavy or AI‑draft slides into clear, engaging visuals.
• Apply visual storytelling principles to enhance clarity and impact.
• Create reusable templates, slide systems and design guidelines.
• Ensure slides meet high aesthetic standards for executives, clients and investors.
• Collaborate with teams to align design with brand and communication goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in presentation design, visual communication or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality slide decks or visual presentations.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clean, digestible visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Comfort working with AI‑generated or structured content.
