Virtual Compliance Officer – Remote

About the role

ISO365 is seeking an experienced Virtual Compliance Officer to guide our partners through ISO implementation, certification, and ongoing maintenance. You will work remotely with organisations across Australia and New Zealand, helping them embed ISO standards into their daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a long‑term Virtual Compliance Officer for assigned partners.
• Collaborate directly with leadership teams and executives to define compliance objectives.
• Maintain ISO management systems in Microsoft SharePoint.
• Prepare partners for certification and surveillance audits and represent them during audits.
• Provide practical, outcome‑focused guidance to improve compliance maturity and achieve certification.

Required profile

• Proven ability to translate compliance requirements into operational processes.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior leaders.
• Solid understanding of ISO‑based management systems and real‑world implementation.
• Experience with technology‑driven organisations, especially IT, cybersecurity or managed‑services environments.
