VIP Travel Consultant – Corporate Travel Specialist

About the role

FCM is seeking a VIP Travel Consultant to deliver premium travel solutions for high‑profile corporate clients. You will work with a select group of stakeholders across large market portfolios, using your expertise in fares and complex itineraries to arrange air, car, hotel and ground transportation bookings through the Sabre GDS.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end corporate travel arrangements, including flights, ground transport, hotels and car rentals.
• Design and build complex international itineraries using Sabre GDS.
• Provide exceptional service in line with client SLAs and account guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external VIP clients.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, travel policies and customer standards.
• Support teammates and contribute to a high‑performing, collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting or travel management.
• Strong knowledge of fares and complex itinerary construction.
• High‑end corporate travel experience is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service orientation with high attention to detail.
• People‑focused with strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Positive attitude, strong business acumen and a drive to succeed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sabre GDS (preferred).
