Technical Lead

About the role

This hands‑on Technical Lead position is based in Brisbane and focuses on a large, business‑critical dashboard platform built with custom .NET technology. You will stay close to the code while guiding architectural decisions, mentoring engineers and driving modernisation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of a complex .NET‑based dashboard platform, delivering production‑ready code.
• Define technical direction and make pragmatic architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product, design, DevOps and security teams to align delivery.
• Embed agile engineering practices and ensure high quality standards.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews and feedback.
• Own technical outcomes, standards and quality across the team.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with C# and modern .NET/.NET Core.
• Full‑stack development background using ASP.NET Core, Web APIs and SPA frameworks (React or Angular).
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SQL Server and T‑SQL in enterprise‑grade systems.
• Hands‑on technical leadership within an agile delivery team.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and guide design decisions.
