IT Systems Developer – Build Smart Solutions & Automation

About the role

We are seeking an IT Systems Developer to join our growing technology team in Brisbane. You will work on a variety of initiatives, from building business applications to automating processes and exploring emerging AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance business applications and system integrations.
• Create automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and support data flows across SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimise applications and services.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Support technology projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Research and pilot emerging technologies such as AI and Microsoft Copilot.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication with stakeholders.
