About the role
The Talent Partner will join a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team within a well‑established not‑for‑profit organisation. Working closely with leaders across corporate support functions, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment and provide strategic talent advice while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycles for corporate service portfolios, from requisition to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Proactively source active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
- Support talent pooling, workforce planning and future talent pipelines.
- Oversee recruitment administration, reporting, contracts and compliance.
- Promote the organisation’s EVP and employer brand in the market.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably internal talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to sourcing talent.
- Experience recruiting for corporate or professional services roles.
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
- Experience in not‑for‑profit, healthcare, aged‑care or community services is highly regarded.
Required skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms and recruitment technology.
