Talent Partner

About the role

The Talent Partner will join a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team within a well‑established not‑for‑profit organisation. Working closely with leaders across corporate support functions, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment and provide strategic talent advice while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for corporate service portfolios, from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Support talent pooling, workforce planning and future talent pipelines.
• Oversee recruitment administration, reporting, contracts and compliance.
• Promote the organisation’s EVP and employer brand in the market.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably internal talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to sourcing talent.
• Experience recruiting for corporate or professional services roles.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Experience in not‑for‑profit, healthcare, aged‑care or community services is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms and recruitment technology.
