Associate Recruiter – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term (ASAP start)

About the role
Tesla is expanding its Australian operations and needs an Associate Recruiter to join the Sydney head office on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support high‑volume hiring, primarily for the Vehicle Service and Body Repair teams, while delivering a great candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage up to 20 open roles simultaneously, providing weekly progress updates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements and create job briefs.
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate technical competence, attitude, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews, maintain accurate records in the recruitment system, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Utilise diverse sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience in an in‑house or agency setting.
- Proven ability to source, assess, and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and current market trends.
- Experience managing relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
