Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter

About the role

Spawnpoint Media is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for its fast‑growing creator‑economy business. Based in Melbourne, you will source and hire talent across traditional corporate functions as well as creative roles such as actors, writers, artists, set builders, and gaming specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and present high‑quality candidates.
• Utilise and maintain the talent tech stack, including Team Tailor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monday and Discord.
• Conduct market research on salary benchmarks and industry trends.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, YouTube Ads, forums, referrals and other niche platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and manage the negotiation and offer process.
• Ensure a consistent, inclusive candidate experience and maintain confidentiality of all information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within media, gaming or creator‑focused companies.
• Strong ability to understand diverse and unconventional roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
